## Simon Marchand, CFE

Simon has worked on both sides of the fraud market. He held fraud management roles at Laurentian Bank and Bell Canada, then built fraud and biometrics products as Chief Fraud Prevention Officer at Nuance (now Microsoft) and VP of Fraud & Risk Strategy at GeoComply.

He provides expert services in court cases, has testified before a House of Commons standing committee, and speaks about fraud and the ethical use of fraud prevention technology in English, French and Spanish.
